[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide no call system
- The new system must be hosted and maintained by the Vendor,
- The new system must have the ability to manage, verify, and apply digital signatures,
- Mandatory: The new system must be web based. The new system must be accessible using any browser, especially Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari,
- The new system must have User Definable Forms,
- The new system must have Configurable Workflow Engine,
- The new system must have Configurable Menus,
- The new system must have Configurable Screen,
- The system needs to be able to cross-reference names of individuals, names of companies, addresses, and telephone numbers that are involved in scam calls,
- The new system must have the ability to cross-reference the call logs with the scammers,
- The new system must be able to maintain a list of names and telephone numbers of who don’t want to receive calls from telemarketers,
- The new system must provide the ability to generate a list of subscribers by county, city, or district as well as the entire state to be used for mail merge for letters, labels, or emails,
- The new system must generate lists of complaints based on date, district, county, violations, etc,
- The new system must maintain a list of subpoenas issued by PSC for telephone records for the subscriber as well as the telemarketer. The new system must provide the ability to add information obtained by the subpoena to all complaints that correspond to that telemarketer. Complaints should start with userID, date, and then the information form the subpoena,
- The new system must have the ability to upload calling numbers used by the telemarketer that are discovered via the subpoena or provided by the telemarketer upon registration or when registered telemarketers acquire new number,
- All hard copy documents are scanned or imported into the existing document management system, and the new NoCall application needs to integrate with this system. Whereby, an internal user can view a complaint and all the documents related to that complaint,
- The new system must have the ability to maintain a list of telephone numbers being used for outbound calls, referred to as calling numbers, by both registered and unregistered telemarketers,
- Current data must be migrated into the new system.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2020.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
