[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide installation and maintenance of security cameras to the government authority located in Columbus, MS.
- Maintenance on the current camera system, Axis Camera Station; maintain and repair the 66 Axis camera and associated equipment assigned to 14th Security Forces Squadron, mitigate security vulnerabilities and system downtime, the contractor shall install cameras.
- Quarterly system preventative maintenance on all units shall be conducted and shall include where applicable but is not limited to: Camera cleaning at ESS Program Manager’s discretion, Adjustments, focusing and aiming, Software and firmware updates, including updating of in-camera applications, Functioning and testing of devices, including daylight, night-time and motion detection.
(2) This bid is set aside for Total Small Business.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
