[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide contract workers services for positions of health science contract worker, social studies education contract worker and agriculture programs contract worker to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
- Health Science
• Assist with oversight of the health science programs across the state
• Serve as a mentor for first year health science teachers
• Assist with the planning, scheduling and conducting professional development opportunities for health science teachers
•Serve as a point of contact for questions and problems from health science teachers and directors
• Contribute to the curriculum committee activities including review and writing curriculum
• Contribute to writing for the Health Science cluster
• Identify and sharing new health science resources with teachers and programs
• Provide practical direction on classroom management and program organization
• Conduct program observations and providing technical assistance (TA) visits
• Assisting health science specialist with overall program planning and objective development
• Assisting with the student organization events as needed
• Provide a monthly report for the health science specialist
• Submit all travel documents regularly (no less than monthly)
• Complete special assignments as requested by the program supervisor
- Social Studies Education
• Assist with oversight of the social studies programs across the state
• Assist with the planning, scheduling and conducting professional development opportunities for social studies teachers
• Serve as a point of contact for questions and problems from social studies teachers and directors
• Contribute to the curriculum and assessment committee activities including review and writing curriculum and assessments
• Identify and sharing new social studies resources with teachers
• Conduct program observations and providing technical assistance (TA) visits
• Submit all travel documents regularly (no less than monthly)
• Complete special assignments as requested by the program supervisor
- Agriculture Programs
• Develop instructional resources specific to agricultural education teachers
• Develop resource materials for agricultural education teachers, specifically related to student organization
• Provide training specific to agricultural education teachers
• Mentor agricultural education teachers
• Assisting with student organization events
• Assist with state officer travel planning
• Complete special assignments as requested by the program supervisor
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite.
