[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide IT acoustic database support and acoustics and otoacoustic databasing and processing service for that are applicable to more clearly classify the complexities of the requirement for potential vendors to the government authority located in Stennis Space Center, MS.
- support increased data collection from deployed sensing system platforms and survey ships
- support data gathering, data processing and interpretation, data analysis, acoustic modeling, and upgrading acoustic bottom loss databases and noise databases, as well as any emerging databases needed to meet mission requirements
- logistics support for receiving, storing, and transporting profiling floats and gliders to vessels and/or aircraft of opportunity
- Compute noise statistics for measured data
- Design and implement processing for glider-collected ambient noise data to generate beam and directional statistics
- Communicate with outside agencies as needed to obtain noise and supporting data
- Prepare each Slocum glider system for deployment by performing an extensive suit of functional testing prescribed by the manufacture and Government procedures.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
