[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide communications and marketing services for the OST and its Programs and the principal advisor and provider for the following specified services,
- To assist the Agency in the development and implementation of annual and long-term marketing strategies and plans for executing those strategies,
- Consult with staff in designing, planning, implementing, etc. Examples of efforts to distribute program information and marketing materials may include, but not be limited to:
- Advertising through, radio and television,
- Creation of commercial creative and production of spots,
- Assist with Internet Marketing Campaigns,
- Marketing to civic organizations and community events,
- Marketing to employers in the state and promotion of college savings plans as an employee benefit,
- Marketing to communities in the state to bring awareness of the Unclaimed Property program and help citizens find and claim their unclaimed property,
- Display and booth set up at conventions, association meetings, fairs, etc.
- Assist with updates to the Treasury website,
- Assist with direct mailings to targeted groups,
- Assist with advertising through sports marketing entities, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
