Government Authority located in Mississippi; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for professional deaf interpreter services.
[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional deaf interpretation services due to being hearing impaired and their need to respond to their case manager,
- Interpreter will work on an as-needed/prior scheduled basis as determined by the County Director,
- different cultural backgrounds whose sign language may be based on those cultural differences/interpretations – due to an increase in, but not limited to, populations,
- To use their Video Remote Interpreting equipment/hardware, it must be provided by the at no additional cost- PC or Workstation, Webcam, Microphone, Speaker, Software Fees, Licenses, etc.
- Regular business hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, CT. Any services scheduled after hours or that continues after hours shall be provided at the same rate as regular business hours
(2) A contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
