[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide call center solution capability to automate real time scheduling functions, while increasing the efficiency of service, increasing the accuracy of data and reducing time spent on administrative and reporting activities include client registration, scheduling, dispatching, trip brokering, verification, invoicing, reporting, geocoding and mapping.
(2) A mandatory vendor web conference will be held on June 17, 2016.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
