[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide technical support service for the data support initiative to design and develop a system for data collection to promote the use and application of data in design and
execution of the state-wide program development and implementation goals to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
- maintenance and modifications to a web-based data repository and data infrastructure to track individual youth data, the development of new dashboards to address monitoring and reporting on objectives
- Develop capacity to report on individual youth data metrics in the existing data visualization software
- Developing capacity to report and monitor changes in youth risk over time, including placement stability, safety and criminal justice involvement from the youth appraisal;
- design and implement a cohort-based prospective evaluation with a subset of randomly selected youth in care to assess whether risk factors are significantly decreasing over time, and desired outcomes are increasing to develop knowledge of trends among youth in care.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
