[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide a SaaS based vendor hosted address verification and normalization solution
- Tracking date sensitive items to ensure timely updates,
- Completing daily backups of the site,
- Maintaining the accessibility of the site twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week at an uptime rate of 99% or greater,
- Participating with MDHS in disaster recovery planning and testing based on a mutually agreed upon schedule,
- Proposing and adhering to a disaster recovery plan and providing access to such plan to the State, all at Licensor’s expense,
- Identifying any commercially available software, by vendor and version number, integrated into the Applications and describing the particular functionality of any software that is proprietary to the Licensor,
- Providing 24x7x365 support of the site,
- Providing redundant internet connections,
- Providing Transport Layer Security (“TLS”) secure server support,
- Maintaining sufficient bandwidth and server capacity and Active Users’ demand as it may fluctuate and increase during the term of this Agreement, and,
- Ensuring that all Licensee data remains within the continental,
- Partitioning Licensee’s data from other customer data so Licensee’s access is not impaired due to e-discovery, seizure.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
