[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide temporary storage of medical and administrative records and shall provide a mechanism for retrieval of those records when requested to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
- Retrieve records from current location in Jacksonville, FL and move/transport to new facility location (in accordance with VA Records Center & Vault Storage and Management Services Guidelines).
- Provide temporary storage of medical and administrative records for the G. V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center.
- Provide a mechanism for the retrieval and delivery of records from temporary storage whenever requested by the facility. The mechanism for the retrieval and delivery is the electronic transfer of records via encrypted email.
