Government Authority located in Jackson, Mississippi; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for wireless access points service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide all outdoor wireless access points shall be attached to the outside of the school building in accordance with all city to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
● Switch installation shall include brackets to mount the switch to the wall in the location determined by the school District. Switch installation should also include 10 gig fiber modules on each connection end.
● Outdoor Wireless Access Points - 30 (T750SE | RUCKUS T750 Outdoor 120 Degree Sector Access Point or equivalent) with all necessary licenses to be managed via the cloud for 5 years and also to include 5 years of machine learning and analytics for troubleshooting
● Indoor Wireless Access Points - 9 (R750 | RUCKUS R750 Indoor Access Point or equivalent) with all necessary licenses to be managed via the cloud for 5 years and also to include 5 years of machine learning and analytics for troubleshooting.
● Switches - 4 (Ruckus ICX7150-24P-2X10G or equivalent) with all necessary licenses and 5 years of support.
- Switches must also be mounted to the wall via a switch mounted rack. (Not a large one).
- 3 Switch racks (one of the racks will have 2 switches)
● 3 cyber power battery backups - (NOT SIMULATED SINE WAVE) - Something equivalent to the cyberpower PR1500RTXL2U (Also, the battery backups must be installed in the 3 switch racks with the switches by the vendor)
● Single mode Fiber run to the concession stand at the NAHS football field.
- This could be run from either IDF’s identified at the New Albany Career and tech building (identified in the map below).
● Please include in the pricing labor and materials for installation of everything quoted including any necessary fiber modules.
