Vendor needs to provide professional design services for design, contract documents and construction administration for renovation and capital improvements to hall to the government authority located in Mississippi State, MS.
- The building has only had minor renovations since construction. This renovation will be a partial renovation, consisting mainly of HVAC systems and ADA spaces. The building space consists of offices, laboratories, and classrooms. The renovated space will remain offices, laboratories, and classrooms.
- The project construction budget has been established at $14,000,000. The professional’s fee as defined by state university’s standard form of agreement between the owner and the Professional, shall be a type C+ fee.
