[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide annual software maintenance services for galaxy access control system.
- Software updated to system when available from Galaxy System Vendors.
- Annual Inspection of all hardware and software components.
- Phone and remote support when/as needed.
- Includes all labor and travel charges.
- Labor for upgrading hardware and software equipment when needed.
- Equipment testing onsite when practical.
- Repair charges on repairable equipment.
- Hand Receipt to Agency for equipment (i.e. cameras, etc.) taken off MDHS location for repairs/testing.
(2) The contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
