[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide health and wellness management services include, but are not limited to, incentive management and wellness promotion management services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
- Health and Wellness Promotion shall develop a communication plan for all participants (excluding Medicare primary participants) with the goal of using relevant health information and interactive tools to increase the awareness of overall general health and wellness, plan should utilize a variety of distribution methods including but not limited to direct mail, electronic mail, mobile app, website, and other appropriate electronic media.
- Platform will provide health and wellness promotion content and resources to enhance the physical, emotional, and social health for Plan participants, provide disease education and coaching designed to support and provide guidance to participants.
(2) Deadline to submit mandatory Letter of Intent December 17, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than December 17, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
