Vendor needs to provide document imaging and cloud-based services.
- Document preparation, scanning (single and dual-sided), filing, and electronically storing all District records and the online platform (software) to store said records per our instructions, all necessary boxes and labels to store filing cabinet contents to be sent to location for imaging.
- The online platform must support individual login users to provide separate levels of access; therefore, the ongoing annual service must be priced per user or range of users.
- Companies to digitize all District records and to provide a secure online platform to store, file, and retrieve said records.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
