[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide rapid, goal-directed, persuasive video and multi-media production based on a systematic approach to provide on-target messaging to critical audiences in industry, academia, government, and to the public.
- Video production effort is to provide the EGSB team support in developing custom-tailored instructional, educational and/or promotional video and multimedia content to assist each R&D team in communicating their plant trait enhancement technology to target audiences.
- The task includes: Planning sessions with performer teams, Production company-facilitated message development and audience pinpointing, Narrative development for persuasive message conveyance via Video/Multi-media, Storyboard development for Video/Multi-media, Facilitated story-board review and editing with all clients, Immersive experience – Virtual reality (360 degree view) production, Provide high end graphics and animation services for video, web and multimedia production, All videographers must have high-level security training for operations in BSL II and BSL III greenhouse and phytotron facilities, Provide comprehensive video production and design, Facilitated final video product review and final edit session, Provide video and multi-media hosting service with multiple security options.
(2) This bid is set aside for Total Small Business.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
