[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide solution and implementation of a unified One Card system that is designed for ease of use and minimal system maintenance that will provide access to products, services, access control, events, and activities.
- One Card system shall fully integrate with a variety of existing systems including Oracle Hospitality MICROS.
- solution must have a parallel login track using local-to-the-solution accounts for non-UM users
- Allow system operators to add, change, and delete cardholders and cardholder information individually and by group
- Support multiple and various meal plan configurations.
- Allow the ability to design plans from the host or remote workstations via simple menu
choices and without special programming.
- ability to add, delete, and change a cardholder’s plan easily
- ability to assign operator security codes or passwords to strictly limit access to the campus card software, specific software functions, menu and field options, cardholder account information, and networked remote workstations to authorized operators
- ability to add, change and delete system operator information as necessary, given proper authorization.
- capability of detecting and reporting of unauthorized attempts to use an invalid ID card.
- ability to set up daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, as well as special schedules for end of semester or holiday operations
- Support a comprehensive set of pre-designed reports
- Allow queries from any combination of cardholder information and transactions.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 22, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
