- Provide support for clinical applications and technical issues,
- Provide interface between local and remote devices and the VA VISTA system,
- Provide On-Line knowledge base,
- Provide 24x7x365 access and availability of software patches, updates, enhancements and new versions of the software covered upon availability,
- Provide access to driver download web page for updating new drivers,
- Provide email notification service and IM Link options,
- Provide technical support and maintenance with software and hardware product installations, configuration, and set-up to achieve proper operation of all interface programs and equipment.
