[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide enterprise-wide library network solution include unified, coherent architecture with enhanced search capabilities allowing for easy access to cross-disciplinary data; digital library should include pertinent information such as abstracts of awarded proposals from NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES), gray literature, lessons learned (OCE database), Archives, pertinent Records and Knowledge Management data, various agency databases and NASA Scientific and Technical Information (STI) for peer reviewed publications; Lending capabilities should include management of unique software licenses in addition to traditional physical and electronic reference material; Scan ability and catalog significant holdings of print material held by libraries, archives, engineering, science, and other organizations; Management of the physical infrastructure and physical content in a seamless approach across Centers and platforms; Integrated approach to digitize research content and make available across the Agency to include converting old digitized documents, scanned and microfiche documents to the government authority located in Mississippi.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
