[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide solution and implementation of a unified one card system that is designed for ease of use and minimal system maintenance that will provide access to products, services, access control, events, and activities.
- Allow system operators to add, change, and delete cardholders and cardholder
information individually and by group (i.e., multiple updates) as necessary. - Allow the ability to design plans from the host or remote workstations via simple menu choices and without special programming.
- The ability to assign operator security codes or passwords to strictly limit access to the campus card software, specific software functions, menu and field options, cardholder account information, and networked remote workstations to authorized operators.
- The ability to define department-specific restrictions to protect the integrity of department-specific information.
- The ability to create a task schedule to tell the system when and how to perform specific functions automatically (e.g., printing reports).
- Ability to use a shadow account for enrichment purposes to track real money separately from incentive money.
