[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based student conduct and Honor code data storage system that will enable the Office of Student Conduct and the Honor Code office to store sensitive material that includes any reports of behavior that violates the law or rules and regulations that MSU has set along with outcomes associated with those reports.
- system will need to be customizable to fit the specific needs of the storage of data
- system should improve the ability to run necessary reports for data and improve collaboration of multiple offices
- system will act as a platform to manage the outcomes of multiple types of behavioral violations and serve as a source of communication of students
- online system must allow for the upload and storage of files and input of online forms and
letters that serve as communication to students
- allow for viewing of said forms as well as with the ability to edit and delete forms as needed.
- allow reports to be run that give demographic, academic, and specific information regarding reports of potential violations
- Product interfaces must be compliant
- User data must be stored in an encrypted format.
- Winning vendor will be responsible for transferring data from the existing system to the new system
- system should have the ability to create custom fields by select users and system Administrators
- Capability to isolate monitoring/reporting by multiple factors for individualized monitoring as well as aggregating and summarizing monitoring activities.
- system should use a tiered structure that allows authorized users to access data and reports for analysis or approval, while allowing specific users to be able to upload, create and submit documents
- allow for authorized users to track reports, monitor progress, and stay up to date on compliance and reporting.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 12, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
