(1) Vendor needs to provide telecom management and billing software including implementation assistance, data conversion, customization, project management, training, browser-based trouble reporting; service catalog resources, electronic billing, browser-based inventory records, customer and vendor bill reconciliation and relational database.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
