Vendor needs to provide remote patient monitoring services and system for use in its telehealth program
- Vendor provided kit requirements: Bluetooth enabled peripherals (include list of currently integrated devices) mandatory, iOS and Android support mandatory, Built in Surveys mandatory,
- System requirements: Customer has the ability to build their own pathways to include patient interactions, education, biometrics, surveys and a resource library,
- Vendor built pathways mandatory, Customizable surveys that can be sent to patients ad hoc or on a schedule mandatory, Resource Library customizable by mandatory,
- Interactive voice response – via telephonic voice system whereby system contacts patient with voice prompted responses,
- Ability to track kits via Global Position System,
- Patient Monitoring Dashboard:
- Provide screenshots of dashboard mandatory, auto triage of patients, describe your alert system including patients with out of limit biometrics and inactivity alerts. mandatory, ability to sort patients by triage level, ability to sort patients by condition, ability to sort patients by care manager,
- Billing: customer billing cycle process, from set date-to-date, etc. For example, is the billing cycle a calendar month or other,
- Reporting: ability for ad hoc and customized reporting, a list of reports that can currently be obtained from your system, If the reporting system is a third-party application, detail which application(s) your solution supports.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
