[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management software platform will allow the university to collect, input, and manage data on fraternity and sorority members, as well as individual chapters.
- CRM should facilitate communication with chapter leaders to best support the operation of fraternities and sororities.
- CRM must have the ability to synchronize to social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) directly. CRM must also include an email builder that allows for customizable, pre-built templates. CRM should also allow for personalization and dynamic content in emails. CRM should allow Fraternity & Sorority Life to track students throughout their member experience. CRM should allow users to modify and update large rosters of chapters in real time. CRM should be able to integrate with UM systems (i.e. SAP, Maxient, etc.). CRM should be accessible on mobile devices (cellphones, tablets, etc.) and be able to create and send mobile messages. CRM should support all social media engagement, listening and reporting for multiple social platforms and accounts within the fraternity and sorority community. CRM should support single-sign-on (SSO).

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
