[A] Budget: looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide media monitoring and distribution software and services that will allow the university to distribute news releases to external media outlets, manage media contact and distribution lists, monitor real-time media engagement and create detailed reports on media exposure all from a single-sign on platform.
- media distribution and monitoring needs have increased significantly since that time, both as the Marketing & Communications office has expanded media relations and earned media efforts and as the media landscape continues evolving every day.
- unified online/cloud/internet SaaS solution for both monitoring and distribution and should not be locally hosted
- Ability to provide media monitoring for all coverage (print, broadcast, radio and online) making mention of the University of Mississippi and all internal departments including all athletic teams
- Ability to provide interactive media coverage dashboards for users with advanced analytics including: media mentions, share of voice, social amplification of news coverage, top media publishers, article sentiment, mentions by location, ad equivalency and aggregate readership.
- Ability to provide unlimited, on-demand reporting that will allow for interactive, shareable and real-time data via interactive HTML and PDF documents.
- Ability to support unlimited real-time media alerts, as well as daily and weekly media digests, sent via email.
- Ability to allow users to be able to edit, download and share all broadcast television clips
- Ability to provide and manage existing robust contacts for media personnel (print, broadcast, radio and online) across the country, as well as allow unique contacts to be created by users within the system.
- Ability to provide dedicated account management team to provide on-going service and support on an as-needed basis.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than May 17, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
