Vendor needs to provide job embedded professional development process standard 20 and administrative and instructional coaching support service include an instrument to measure the effectiveness of the services performed, relative to the amount of the investment in the service to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
- assigned to support and coach specific teachers, JPSD is requiring that weekly/bi-weekly meetings be held with the entire staff to discuss instructional strengths and weaknesses, areas for improvement, and to demonstrate instructional strategies that will assist teachers in improving students in the area of growth and proficiency
- provide in-classroom coaching and support for teachers and instructional coaches with the development and use of JPS teaching and learning systems
- Develop and improve teachers/instructional coaches/administrator’s instructional leadership capacity by increasing their understanding of identifying and implementing evidence-based practices to meet the needs of students, teachers, and coaches.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
