[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide point of sale system for premium seating and concession areas.
- The solution must be very portable and mobile so that units can be easily moved from location to location and work within environmentally challenged areas that may have very poor connectivity and in some cases no connectivity.
- Ability to store transactions in offline mode until connections are restored including credit cards and loaded tickets.
- Support NFC for Apple Pay, Android Pay, Google Wallet and other mobile wallet solutions.
- Solution must support integrated scales and a variety of scanning devices.
- Ability to support different languages for display purpose.
- The ability to search and select items based on what category they belong to (sandwiches, drinks etc.).
- The ability to configure parameters for when a signature is required on a credit card transaction.
- Allow cashier to cash out without seeing sales totals.
- The ability to do transfers to multiple locations at the same time.
- Create Event based reporting.
- Ability to access reports from remote devices, computers and smart phones.
- Ability to do an inventory rollup reporting by event type or date.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 24, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
