Government Authority located in Mississippi; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for ISO audit services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide ISO audit services to the government authority located in Mississippi.
- All audit activities shall be conducted in accordance with ANSI/ISO/ASQ QE19011S-2008 for QMS and EMS, and with AS 9104 for Aerospace Quality Systems.
- The contractor shall prepare a separate, location specific, Audit Plan for each audit to be performed. The plan shall specify the audit’s scope in terms of Sections of the Standard(s) and Site organizations to be sampled. The Contractor shall specify the Sections of the Standard(s) and identify the types of work functions typically governed by those Sections.
- Daily de-briefings shall be held near the close of business on each day audits are performed, except for the day of the Closing Meeting. The purpose of the de-briefings is to communicate findings, observations or concerns resulting from the day's activities.
- There shall be sufficient communication between auditors of the ISO/AS standard(s) included in this contract to coordinate multiple standard audits, eliminate last minute schedule changes, and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing multiple audits.
- Audit findings shall be written in plain language that NASA managers can understand instead of ISO/AS auditors” terminology.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
