Vendor needs to provide biometric scanner and software program to assist in preventing the spread of the coronavirus.
- The software must align and integrate with the specifications of the scanner
- It must include facial recognition technology to track student and staff attendance
- It is recommended vendors include the file definitions and file structure required for the application, or a list of the data fields that are required ensure a successful integration
- Additionally, the program must offer integrations with attendance tracking systems, contactless check-in, wellness questionnaires, capture temperature, have offline capabilities, web reporting tools, and smart medical alerts
- The facial recognition tracking system must allow students, staff, and faculty to scan their faces using a camera to do person identification matching
- The online platform must give the district the ability to generate reports on all data collected

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
