[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide formal state compliant investigations services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
- The main duties involve gathering and reviewing information from the local education agency (LEA) and the complainant involved in the formal state complaint process. Applicants must be detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. They be self-directed, reliable individual with a strong work-ethic and can work both independently and collaboratively
- Gather and review information from the local education agency (LEA) and the complainant involved in the formal state complaint process. This includes but is not limited to interviewing both parties,
- Document the status of the district’s compliance or noncompliance for each regulatory item noted using MDE templates.
- Review additional data and documentation to determine whether noncompliance is corrected and verifying subsequent compliance.
- Collaborate with the Office of Special Education staff as requested.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 8, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
