[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide technology commercialization and IP management software.
- The cost of data migration, management, software maintenance and customer support must be Included
- Vendor must verify that its application works on Oxford campus
- Database Management: System capabilities for tracking and development of intellectual property and commercialization efforts, including but not limited to patent prosecution, contracts and licensing, researcher and inventor contact information and industry contacts
- Workflow Management: System capabilities to manage tasks associated with an innovation life cycle, research disclosures, and other commercialization activities
- Tracking and reporting government funding, grant management
- Cloud-based storage and integration: research materials must be stored in a hosted, managed cloud accessible from the Internet at large; alternatively, users must be able to export or store
research materials in third-party or self-hosted cloud-based and networked storage systems
- Automatic updates to patent records
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 28, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
