[A] Budget: looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide technology commercialization and IP management software must have a parallel login track using local-to-the-solution accounts for non-UM users.
- System capabilities for tracking & development of intellectual property and commercialization efforts, including but not limited to patent prosecution, contracts/licensing, researcher/inventor contact information & industry contacts.
- System capabilities to manage tasks associated with an innovation life cycle, research disclosures, and other commercialization activities
- System capabilities for management of revenue and income distribution and patent, legal, and other expenses
- Tracking and/or reporting government funding, grant management
- System for managing/docketing of patent deadlines & activities, including report generation
- time frame and process to upload/transfer data
- platform must be configured to support collaborative groups
- research materials must be stored in a hosted, managed cloud accessible from the Internet at large; alternatively, users must be able to export or store research materials in third-party or self-hosted cloud-based and/or networked storage systems
- user accounts may be centrally-managed as necessary, but more preferably managed at the end-user side, especially as may be required to purge abandoned/obsolete accounts to free quota space or reduce overhead
- resources hosted on the system may be exported in a variety of industry-standard.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 28, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
