Government Authority located in Mississippi; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for - development and support of a mobile application services for marine assessment.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide development and support of a mobile application services for marine assessment.
- The application must be a responsive, cross platform architecture capable of running on all modern desktop and mobile operating systems, i.e.: Microsoft windows, apple macOS, iPadOS & iOS, google android, etc.
- The app must be available for download via various software distribution platforms, i.e.: apple app store, google play store, Microsoft store
- The app will be icon driven and will provide a portal for the timely transmission of photographs, location, environmental data, and other user-provided information
- Application should feature automated species identification by using digital images collected by users to provide identification of select species. solution architecture should integrate/interoperate with existing ml classification products and repositories such as azure ml, google ml, inaturalist, etc. via API and other means.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 19, 2021.

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
