[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide security and camera system for parks and recreation department to the government authority located in Starkville, Mississippi.
It is to utilize the existing city provided fiber optic backbone to network connectivity
It must integrate with the current ADC access control and Intrusion system which will enable
Automatically send events created by ADC sensors and access doors to associate ADC devices with a specific recorder and cameras
Create alert rules for events to send notifications and make alerts searchable
Easily search for alerts and play back video
Search for events using the ADC Activity page and jump to view video of the event with in the video client software
Capture and record all vehicles entering the properties utilizing dedicated LRP cameras
Setup multiple high bandwidth wireless Ethernet bridges to remote camera locations
Supply uninterruptible backup power with built in surge suppression to all networking equipment locations
Supply tamper resistant locking network shelters at all unsecured equipment locations
Offsite system health monitoring
Email notifications for system software and hardware notifications
All Cameras must include a 3yr manufacturer’s warranty
All proposed items must include a 12 month parts and Labor Warranty
All interior camera must meet or exceed the following specifications
