Government Authority located in Collins, Mississippi; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for golf course architect design services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide golf course architect design services to the government authority located in Collins, MS.
- a need for golf course architecture design services on a continuing on-call basis, and seeks to establish a group of qualified on-call contractors to respond to on-call golf course architect design
services. The work will typically consist of providing design services for renovations of golf courses and golf features
- Design masterplans for golf facilities;
- Design renovation of various golf course facilities;
- Design and renovate specific golf course facilities including greens complexes, tee boxes, bunkers, fairways, and drainage components including drain lines and sumps;
- Design and renovate First Tee Courses, short game/chipping areas, and driving ranges;
- Assist City staff in the public outreach and/or or intra/interdepartmental approval process, including implementation of environmental requirements;
- Provide construction estimates at design development, 60% and 90% construction document drawings;
- Prepare construction drawings including details and specifications per Golf Standards;
- Provide construction observation and construction administration services for construction projects including direction to contractors to ensure design intent is followed through in the field during construction
- Manage changes in the work due to unforeseen conditions, and scope or design revisions;
- Minimize construction contractor claims against the City through recordkeeping and prompt response to requests for information; and
- Coordinate guaranty and warranty items between the City and the contractors. Obtain as-built drawings, manuals, and warranties from the contractor and update project files as required.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 20, 2021
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 26, 2021.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
