[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide patient wristband identification system shall assist with maintaining the initial installation and testing of the Patient wristband identification system immediately following receipt of order; system software problem identification and enhancements with an amount no to
exceed 9 days; daily charge for programming and additional analysis; shall provide 24-hour telephone support; maintain a person with VA security clearance to remotely access the system as needed and Maintenance of secure system configurations and participation in annual IT Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) assessments to ensure compliance with FISMA requirements.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
