[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile public address system,
• 1600 meter radial coverage at 70dB,
• Must come with a single tier of speakers that broadcasts 360 degrees at 1600 meters or more,
• Amplifying unit that weighs less than 35 lbs in a weather protected case that is resistant to electromagnetic radiation,
• Provides broadcasting ability through tones or by voice,
• Has a built in microphone,
• Mast height between 18 and 22 feet,
• Tripod, mast support for speakers, that is easily adjustable,
• Portable; able to be broken down and moved in 30 minutes by a team of 2 to 3 people,
• Hard carrying cases,
• MP3 recordings/playback,
• Able to operate in temperatures from -40°C to +60°C,
• Utilizing 7.5 AH 12 v batteries, and can operate for up to 24 hours without recharge,
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
