(1) Vendor needs to provide airport project ready site prospect development and recruitment services to identify a list of eligible economic developer or site location firms who either by themselves, or with third party subcontractors, can assist in promoting the city international airport project ready site with the goal of leaving all or a portion of the available land to an aeronautical related business to the government authority located in Gulfport, MS.
