[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program services that will provide guidance, assistance, and counseling to employees to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
- Toll-free telephone for a 24-hour help line with a call service offering around the clock availability to department employees.
- Program awareness for employees.
- Assistance information regarding employee assistance program issues for use by the agency.
- Confidential, cost-effective system of self and supervisory referral for counseling and rehabilitation.
- Usage and effectiveness data.
- Continuous follow-up, as necessary, to monitor referred employee’s adherence to the agreed course of treatment.
- The prospective contractor will make progress reports to the agency’s managers on employees they refer to the employee assistance program.
- Assign a contractor account representative to work directly with the contracting agency human resource department.
- Administer and maintain all employment and payroll records, payroll processing, and payment of payroll checks and taxes, including the deductions required by state, federal, and local laws such as social security and withholding taxes for their business and employees.
- Make all unemployment compensation contributions as required by federal and state law(s) and process claims as required for their business and employees.
- Replace immediately, at no additional expense to the contracting agency, any employee not performing satisfactorily.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
