[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employment security employee assistance program to the government authority located in Mississippi.
- the administration and implementation of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP will provide guidance, assistance, and counseling to employees referred to the EAP provider management, or to employees who voluntarily seek assistance from the EAP, thereby restoring the employees to capacity to perform their jobs at an acceptable level
- Toll-free telephone for a 24-hour help line with a call service offering around the clock availability to employees
- Program awareness for employees
- Assistance information regarding EAP issues for use by the agency
- Confidential, cost-effective system of self and supervisory referral for counseling and rehabilitation
- Usage and effectiveness data
- Continuous follow-up, as necessary, to monitor referred employee’s adherence to the agreed course of treatment. The Prospective Contractor will make progress reports to the Agency’s managers on employees they refer to the EAP
- Administer and maintain all employment and payroll records, payroll processing, and payment of payroll checks and taxes, including the deductions required by state, federal, and local laws such as social security and withholding taxes for their business and employees.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2021.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
