[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public awareness campaign for statewide behavioral health services
- seeking an experienced media, marketing, or communications firm to develop and implement a state-wide public awareness and outreach campaign to educate on available mental health and alcohol and drug treatment services.
- State Furnished Property/Services: The agency will provide access to the existing campaign components regarding the Public Awareness Campaign for Behavioral Health Services.
- Contractor-Furnished Property: The contractor will provide all necessary equipment, supplies and promotional materials.
- Quality Assurance: The contractor will provide project updates to the agency contact through each phase of the project.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2021.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
