Government Authority located in Jackson, Mississippi; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for licensure analyst service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide qualified, experienced, applicants to provide licensure analyst to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
• The candidate will serve as a Licensure Analyst who will be responsible for processing licensure application requests,
• The candidate will analyze all documents required for the initial issuance and renewal of teacher, administrator, and instructional support personnel licenses,
• The candidate will evaluate credentials to determine eligibility for adding endorsements,
• The candidate will provide verbal and written guidance to applicants through written, face-to-face, and telephone consultations daily,
• The candidate must possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to interpret and explain licensure and/or other regulations,
• The candidate must have knowledge of legislatively mandated and State Board approved licensure guidelines and other related state and national regulations,
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the educator licensure guidelines adopted by the State Board of Education and State Legislature, standardized licensure assessments required for educators, and other related policies and statutes,
• Assist callers/clients by providing accurate information related to current educator licensure guidelines, licensure application process, pathways to educator licensure, and available resources for obtaining and maintaining a Mississippi educator license,
• Assist with special programs within the Division of Educator Licensure,
• Assist with providing training and technical assistance for public school districts, nonpublic schools, state agency schools, and SBE governed schools,
• Maintain collaborative relationships and activities with MDE program offices and local school districts,
• The duties and responsibilities are expected to be performed onsite at the MDE, and
• Performs related or similar duties as required or assigned.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 15, 2021
(3) The contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
