Vendor needs to provide construction project management solution
- The CPM solution shall have the ability to upload files to a folder system.
- The CPM solution shall allow a method to document each file's attributes and provide a hyperlink to each file.
- The CPM solution shall provide a catalog form that describes each file including categories, groupings, author information, etc.
- The CPM solution shall provide a form (catalog type, for example) to manage and track revisions and revision history.
- The CPM solution shall allow each catalog type of form the ability for a review process of multiple steps that could happen in parallel, in sequence or a combination of the two.
- The CPM solution shall allow each catalog form to capture each reviewer’s comments.
- The CPM solution shall allow the user to launch, view and redline files from the catalog form.
- The CPM solution shall allow each catalog form to link to any other document in the entire system.
- The CPM solution shall allow each project their own individual structure of folders within the file management system.
- The CPM solution shall provide the ability to batch upload multiple files at once from any NASA authenicated device.
- The CPM solution shall allow moving files between file folders.
- The CPM solution shall allow for arranging a hierarchy of file folders.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
