[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide data network cabling and structured cabling system services to the government authority located in Greenwood, MS.
● Installation of Category 6 (minimum) 600mhz cabling for data locations with a 4 to 6 ft. service loop neatly attached to the wall or hidden in ceiling access with J hook or similar at the MDF/IDF
Termination
● Provide new 600mhz grade cable from MDF/IDFs to designated Cable Termination
● Termination of data cables at provided network modular Cat6 patch panel
● All cable bundles needed should be suspended every 4 feet in all drop ceilings using J or D style hooks or in enclosed conduit between buildings.
● Cables should not be installed within 4‐feet of heating devices and/or moving objects, and when running parallel with power conduits or fluorescent light fixtures maintain a 1-foot separation
● Include additional M5/6 Cage Nuts and Screws for the chosen racks for installation of existing switches on-site up to 6 switches total per rack install.
(2) A site visit will be held on February 4, 2022, February 11, 2022 and February 18, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 25, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
