(1) Vendor needs to provide intellectual property management software.
- Software that works with tablet or other personal devices, as well as an administrative platform accessible via computer (pc/mac) and application
- All software and data shall be web hosted by the successful bidder and shall feature data backup and 24/7 support
- Ability to scan and record emails to appropriate portions of ip software.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 4, 2022.
(3) The term of contract will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
