[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporting service to the government authority located in Biloxi, MS.
- Court reporters shall report everything spoken while a hearing is in session unless the presiding official directs an off-the-record proceeding for which notes have been taken as required
- Hearings shall be properly recorded by court reporters using electronic recording devices, in addition to their physical presence at the hearing
- The contractor shall provide a back-up system to whichever primary recording method is used.
(2) This bid is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business.

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
