[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program services to employees referred to the EAP provider by, or to employees who voluntarily seek assistance from the EAP, thereby restoring the employees to capacity to perform their jobs at an acceptable level to the government authority located in Mississippi.
- utilize the EAP to provide employees and their families (members of their household) with assistance, but not limited to, alcoholism, drug abuse and personal problems, including marital and financial.
- Confidential, cost-effective system of self and supervisory referral for counseling and rehabilitation
- Usage and effectiveness data.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 5, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
