[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide depository services to the government authority located in Oxford, MS.
- Stop Payments
- Wire Transfers Out
- Wire Transfers In
- Night Depository Services
- Locking Bank Bags (minimum 10 bags)
- Keys for bank night drop (minimum 10 keys)
- Deposit Slips (bound)
- Copies of checks with the monthly statements
- Returned deposit items
- Research/Statement Reproduction
- Payroll Direct Deposit Services
- Accounts Payable ACH Services
- On line access to allow secure access to District account information via the internet
- On line access to allow transfers between all district accounts
- Checks Paid
- Electronic copy of cancelled accounts payable checks
- To allow the District to establish or maintain checking, savings or money market accounts with no service charges or fees for deposits credited, checks paid, incoming electronic fund transfers or returned deposit items. In addition, the depository agrees that accounts may be added or deleted on any bid terms at the discretion of the District.
- Allow unlimited deposits and other credits into the interest-bearing accounts and unlimited transfers to other accounts contained in said bank.
- To allow the District to establish or maintain checking, savings or money market accounts with no service charges or fees for deposits credited, checks paid, incoming electronic fund transfers or returned deposit items. In addition, the depository agrees that accounts may be added or deleted on any bid terms at the discretion of the District.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
