[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide leadership development and coordination services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.
- Mentoring and leadership for PreK – 12 Academic Programs;
- Mentoring and leadership for IDEA Programs;
- Mentoring and leadership for ESEA Programs;
- Coordination of cross-office initiatives and initiative implementation to maximize efficiency and align supports;
- Technical assistance to Transformation District Administrators to address academic improvement efforts;
- Mentoring and leadership coaching for Junior SEA staff;
- Provide assistance to the Offices of Teaching and Leading and Professional Development to revise current Orientation for School Leadership Program (OSL) program;
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key state and national organizations related to academic education and college-and-career readiness.
- Serve as the liaison with other offices and communicate regularly to ensure maximum efficiency in the delivery of services to schools and districts;
- Interpret and provide public school officials with information regarding effective educational policies and procedures;
- Provide reports and presentations to the Executive Leadership of MDE, as well as, the State Board of Education; and
- Any duties as assigned by the State Superintendent to advance the MDE/SBE Strategic Plan.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 9, 2022.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
