[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a cloud-based university student housing assignments management system that will enable student housing to maximize staff time, money, and effort by effectively managing our application process, contracts, assignments, and communication processes.
- Includes maintaining personal student information, managing multiple year applications, manage multiple housing contracts with the ability to e-sign contracts for both students and parents of student under the age of 18, manage and track occupancy, manage group assignments and changes, manage waiting lists, have multiple ways to create an assignment, and have a customizable pro-rate tool for billing.
- System will allow for mass edits of student occupancy or billing information, manage student staff living within the residence halls, allow for custom data queries through the system, and maintain a user-friendly notes section for all student profiles to add important student information.
• All student-facing interfaces must comply with Section 508 accessibility guidelines.
• Provide single-sign-on access via CAS, ADFS and Shibboleth
• Provide proof of SAC-2 compliance with periodic SOC-2 reports
• Support all major browsers, IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari
• Provide integration with Touchnet, University of Mississippi’s credit card processor
• Must be able to integrate with SAP
• Support Salesforce Integrations
• Mobile Friendly Interface
• Must provide integration with Student Housing’s electronic access-control system BadgePass Total Card.
• Check-in feature - The real-time integration of Total Card and the current housing system allows automated verification of the contractual obligations and housing assignment for each student as he or she reports to their residence hall, granting the student appropriate door accesses upon successful verification.
• There should be no restrictions on the number of student users.
• The expected number of administrative users is 100 individuals.
• Both user portal and administrative portal users should be required to log into the system through Central Authentication Service (CAS), ADS or Shibboleth.
• User permissions and accesses to various system functions should be role-based with users allowed in multiple roles.
• This system should have the ability to manage multiple year applications.
• This system should manage multiple housing contracts with the ability to e-sign
contracts for both students and parents of student under the age of 18.
• This system should manage and track occupancy, including group assignments and changes
• This system should manage waiting lists.
• This system should have multiple ways to create an assignment
